The Poly Pantry was established in 2019 by Associated Students, Inc. to serve students impacted by food insecurity. By providing access to fresh produce, canned and dry goods, personal care items, school supplies and referrals to campus and community-based resources, the Poly Pantry hopes to maximize student success.
The Poly Pantry is available on a weekly basis to all currently enrolled Cal Poly Pomona students who feel they are in need. As a customer-choice pantry, Broncos are empowered to shop for what they need and want, in order to meet their dietary needs. Poly Pantry provides fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, grains, protein, canned vegetables, canned fruits, condiments, pre-packaged meals, snacks, school supplies, and personal care items, including menstrual. Every $25 you give to the Poly Pantry can fund a bag of fresh produce and a full bag of groceries for one student!
All university programs and activities are open and available to all regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin. Consistent with California law and federal civil rights laws, Cal Poly Pomona provides equal opportunity in education and employment without unlawful discrimination or preferential treatment based on race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin.
