Finance Society

Cal Poly Pomona’s Finance Society is a premier finance and investment management student organization. Students who join will become part of a driven group of members with a passion for financial industries and capital markets. The Finance Society routinely hosts informational seminars and relevant guest speakers so students may identify and pursue potential finance-related careers. The club provides free access to premium workshops on finance and career related topics. In addition, this organization offers networking opportunities with alumni and professionals.

Each semester, the Finance Society offers mock interview and resume review to its members to better prepare them with a career in Finance. In recent years, the CPP chapter has been an FMA Superior Chapter Award winner most years (only less than 10% of the organizations receive this award nationally) and have sent students on expense-paid trips to New York and Chicago to attend FMA events.
