Communication
Support Communication Students, Faculty, & Staff!

The Communication Department Excellence Fund would support in two areas: student success and department and faculty development.  

Student Success:   

  • Association fees   
  • Conference travels 
  • Support for undergraduate research
  • Student awards (e.g., Outstanding Students, Best Capstone Project, etc.)  
  • Production of materials for student projects in skills-based courses   
  • Photo printers/lab for students   
  • Funding to support Alumni Night (Fall) and COM Day (Spring)     

    Department and Faculty Development:   

    • Student events to encourage a sense of belonging and community  
    • Production of materials for skills-based courses  
    • Technology needs and access to databases   
    • Supplemental funding for Conference travel and professional development  
    • Community engagement   
    • Recruitment of perspective students

The Bronco Fund will match up the first $2,500 given to any campaign on Day 1 (April 17 starting at 9 am), up to $250 per donor.
