Established in 2019, Womxn in the Wild is a transformative summer field experience that gives womxn hands-on opportunities in natural resources and agriculture.
Participants take part in real-world field projects, attend workshops on career and graduate school readiness, and build transferable skills in leadership, scientific communication, and research.
From working on local projects across Southern California to getting career ready and adding to their resumes, participants gain the tools, confidence, and connections to become future leaders in science and conservation.
Your support helps make these opportunities possible. Donations fund participant and presenter stipends, as well as travel and supplies for field experiences. With your help, students can focus fully on learning and professional growth without the burden of financial strain. Every contribution helps build a strong network of womxn who are passionate about natural resources, agriculture, and environmental stewardship. Together, we can open doors, close gender gaps, and prepare the next generation of scientists to lead with knowledge and purpose.
