Established in 2019 by Associated Students, Inc., the Poly Pantry supports Cal Poly Pomona students experiencing food insecurity by providing reliable access to nutritious food and essential resources. The Pantry is committed to helping students thrive academically by ensuring basic needs are met.
Open weekly to all currently enrolled Cal Poly Pomona students, the Poly Pantry operates as a customer-choice pantry, empowering Broncos to select the foods and items that best fit their dietary needs and personal preferences. Offerings include fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, grains, proteins, canned goods, condiments, pre-packaged meals, snacks, and menstrual products.
Your support makes a direct impact. Every $40 donation provides one student with a full bag of fresh produce and groceries. Helping fuel their success both inside and outside the classroom.
As demand continues to grow, the Pantry is working to raise $8,000 to purchase a new commercial refrigerator ($5,000) and additional shelving ($3,000). These critical upgrades will expand our capacity to safely store fresh food, improve organization within our current space, and ultimately serve more Broncos each week.
