What if I'm experiencing an error while trying to make a donation?

Please check to see if the address you enter on the donation page matches the billing address and zip code associated with your credit card. If the credit/debit card still cannot be processed, call 909-869-6809 for assistance.

Is my Broncos Give donation tax-deductible? Will I receive a gift receipt?

Yes! Gifts to the Cal Poly Pomona Philanthropic Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS regulations in the calendar year the gift is made. Please consult your tax advisor for details. A gift receipt will be emailed to the address you provided at the time of your donation.

What is the difference between hiding my name/amount on the Donor Wall and making my donation anonymously?

Choosing to hide your name and/or gift amount on the donor wall only affects how your donation appears on the Broncos Give Donor Wall. Your gift may still be recognized in other ways, such as in CPP Magazine or other university publications. To make your donation fully anonymous, select "Yes" when asked, "Do you prefer to make this donation anonymously?" You’ll also have the option to request that all future gifts to CPP be treated the same way. Please note: you must still select your Donor Wall preferences for each gift you make during Broncos Give or Bronco Launchpad.
